Nobi has not launched, so no agreement is in force. The binding terms will be published here before accounts open.

Status of this page

This page is a placeholder. It summarises the arrangement we intend to offer. The full terms of service will replace it before the first account is created, and nothing on this page is a contract.

Who holds the account

A parent or guardian creates and controls the account. Child profiles live inside it. A child does not enter into an agreement with us.

The trial

The intended offer is 15 days of the complete product, with no obligation to continue. Exact trial and billing terms — including when and how a subscription begins — will be stated in full here and confirmed to you before any charge is made.

What your child makes

Projects a child builds in Creator Mode belong to your family. We need a licence to store and display them inside the product so they work; we do not claim ownership of them.

Acceptable use

  • One household per account
  • No attempts to extract, resell or republish course content
  • No use of the product to harass, deceive or harm others
